Full-lifecycle channel management

NGSS full-lifecycle channel management includes the following 4 processes:

Partner admittance

We conduct partner background check and partner admittance scoring based on your industry experience, past business performance, commitment & target, and resources devoted to NGSS.

Partner certification

Once the background check is done and Distribution Agreement is signed, your account manager will help you to complete Partner Certification process. Once it’s approved, you’ll receive your distributor certificate and distributor account to access NGSS eShop.

Partner empowerment

For certified distributors. NGSS team of experts will make focused empowerment plan to help improve your sales, marketing, technical know-how, service and operation capacity. Our HQ and local team will work with you closely to carry out the plan.

Distribution renewal/termination

Annual review will be conducted at the end of the year to decide whether to renew or terminate the partnership, based on terms outlined in the distribution agreement. New commercial plan and target will be made with active distributors for the following year.

   About Service Partner

What is the working scope of service partner?

  • Respond to service tickets and inquiries from end-users.
  • Replace faulty parts or make adjustments on site according to technical support.
  • Bring faulty parts back and let service center to pick them back regularly.
  • Escalate service ticket of complex issues to regional service center in CRM.


Where can I find the service agreement?

You can find 'Service Agreement' on the 'Service Confirmation' page of 'Registration'.


Rights of a service partner

  • Service partner shall be entitled to the remuneration for door-to-door service confirmed by NGSS.
  • Service partners have the right to participate in the annual service appraisal organized by NGSS and receive corresponding rewards.
  • Service partner has the right to obtain certain spare parts (new/refurbished) for free (the property of these spare parts belongs to NGSS).
  • Service partner has the right to obtain other reasonable supports from NGSS.
  • Service partner has the right to service end-users within 60km whose equipment was not original installed by them and get extra tip from NGSS.

There is a regional service center to support service partners in processing service tickets. Service center shall handle all the work orders needed for secondary processing in CRM. Their phone number and email shall be displayed on our website.
